Second step is to buy photovoltaic (pv) cells, cable and other stuff that you don't have from the list above. As You can see in the pictures, pv cells can be different shape and size. It's up to You what kind of pv cells to buy.

Third step is to build Your solar panels' frame

You can build it from aluminum or other metal, also a timber, but bare in mind, that frame have to withstand sun, rain, and wind. Also You're gonna need sheet of plexiglass to cover up pv cells.

Fourth step is to wire all pv cells. Usually it's done wiring 9 cells in a row, and making 4 such rows, also connected together. It's good idea to glue pv cells to the frame backside, so they will not move while wiring.

Fifth step is to find a location for Your solar panel. You should find a place where are no trees or buildings around, that could shade Your solar panel. The best place is to fix it on the south side of the roof, with an angle of 45 degrees.
